International Welcome Party
Howdy and welcome to the Aggie family!
All new international students are invited to join International Student Services and The Association of Former Students for the International Welcome Party. This social gathering will be a great opportunity to meet other new students and ISS staff. There will be food, music, dancing, games, and door prizes. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the best that the Student Recreation Center has to offer, including the outdoor swimming pool, a climbing wall, indoor courts for soccer, racquetball, basketball, table tennis, and much more. Best of all, this event is FREE to attend.

Learn more about the Student Recreation Center!
The Student Recreation Center is located on main campus in College Station, Texas. It can be found on the interactive campus map at http://aggiemap.tamu.edu/?Bldg=1560 or by searching ‘SREC’ at http://aggiemap.tamu.edu/.The Student Recreation Center has been undergoing renovations and therefore is surrounded on several sides with construction fences. We will have volunteers stationed outside of the fences to direct you to the front entrance!
If you live on campus, it may be most convenient for you to walk to this event. However, you are encouraged to consider the transportation options listed below, particularly since this is an evening event.
There are several parking options very close to the Student Recreation Center. Parking is available for free after 5:00pm to all guests in lot 100 in Reed Arena. Please make sure not to park in any of the pay-by-number parking spaces as these are reserved spaces.

Visit http://transportmap.tamu.edu/parkingmap/tsmap.htm?map=naw for a map of the parking lots available for use during the International Welcome Party.
Texas A&M buses will still be operating on a limited break schedule on January 9th and most routes will end operation at approximately 6:00pm that evening. As a result, ISS is organizing special bus transportation for this event. ISS will not be able to provide transportation to and from all off-campus bus stops and instead will be providing 4 limited route options.
Here are the four bus routes for the Spring 2015 International Welcome Party:
