International Student Services (ISS) encourages international students to seek out professional development opportunities while they are engaged in their studies. This can include getting involved on campus in student groups, campus activities, on-campus professional organizations, on-campus employment, internships, or attending workshops to learn more about working in the U.S.
The Office of Graduate and Professional Studies have implemented G.R.A.D. Aggies (Graduate Resources and Development for Aggies), a group of offices on campus that provide support to graduate students to coordinate professional development in four areas: Academic Development, Leadership and Communication Development, Instruction and Assessment, and Career Development. Visit http://ogaps.tamu.edu/Grad-Aggies/
for more information.
Professional Development Series workshops promoted on this page are open to both undergraduate and graduate international students.
