Posted on Monday, Jan 30, 2017 International Student Services is scheduled to move back to the first floor of the Pavilion during the week of February 6, 2017. The office will be closed February 6, 2017 and will re-open to the public on February 13, 2017. The logistics and timing of the move require ISS to operate with very limited services. During the week of the move, the ISS front counter in Bizzell Hall West and the Pavilion will be closed. Students may submit applications electronically to email@example.com. I-20s and DS-2019s that have been processed will need to be picked up by 5 p.m. February 3, 2017 or after February 13, 2017. It is possible that the ISS telephone lines will not be functional during the move. ISS will check the phone messages and provide as much assistance as possible during this time period. Staff will also be monitoring emails. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to have student appointments during the move. If there is an emergency situation that requires ISS assistance please contact our main line at 979-845-1824 and email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have staff that will be reviewing the messages and will return phone calls in emergency situations as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience during the move.
