ISS Closed for Processing Day - May 5

Posted on Thursday, Apr 28, 2016

International Student Services (ISS) will be closed on Thursday, May 5th to allow all staff time to get caught up on processing documents for international students. Our front counter will not be open for walk-in traffic, advisors will not be taking student appointments, and we will not be answering the phones. However, new students may still upload documents to AIS (see http://iss.tamu.edu/Prospective-Students/You-are-admitted-Now-What) and current & former students may still submit processing requests via email to iss@tamu.edu. Our goal is to focus solely on document processing that day so you are encouraged to submit any processing requests to ISS prior to next Thursday so your request can be in the queue for processing!

If there is an emergent situation involving an international student that needs to be addressed on May 5th, please email iss@tamu.edu and/or activate the University’s Critical Incident Response Team (http://studentlife.tamu.edu/sas.cirt). We will be checking our emails throughout the day.
